24 Days of Letting Go
This year for the Advent Calendar I have decided to shed some weight. If you have seen me lately you will have noticed that I am so overloaded with baggage my knuckles drag along the ground when I walk. So every day until Christmas I will let go of stuff that no longer serves me. Maybe you should do the same?
Today I will let go of the need to collect evidence to support old stories. That is a hard one because I have lots of ancient tales and also I like to be right. The thing is that the past is just that — passed. There is nothing productive in amassing points in some game of whom to feel most sorry for. If I continue to focus on yester I will wither and expire, too. Therefore I will redirect my energy to create the best in each moment and for the future. Be gone and feel love, light, and gratitude.
