On Truth
Pair this with Diamonds and Pearls by Prince and New Power Generation and speak your truths
I used to perceive truth as something solid and unequivocal. Something universal and final. I understood the truth and if I did not I just had to have it explained to me. Truth and fact and reality were interchangeable, facets of the same diamond. Now, I realize that there are billions of truths in the world and inside me. Facts are gemstones mined by experience, truth is the string that holds them together to form the boundary around my comfort zone. And I should not force my truths on others because no truth is truer.
