Fleshing Out Ideas

We didn’t do as much this week, because we both were working on other assignments and were stressed about the election, but we did start to map both stakeholders and user flow through the app.

Narrowing Direction

During our interview last week of a CMU student who had broken his leg, he mentioned that throughout rehabilitation he felt isolated, and that he didn’t get proper emotional support. In order to take this into account, we’re thinking about incorporating our previous idea of virtual volunteering into this app, so that volunteers could be there for patients in a supportive manner, even when the patients are out of the hospital, or are not at an appointment.
