VB17 short-view: László-Róbert Albert
Another programmer wanted to be a pilot when he was a child. There is a pattern here! :) We present: László.
1/ What did you want to be when you grew up?
Initially, when I was 9, I wanted to become an airplane pilot :) But later on, at the age of 11, I discovered that I could draw a bicycle on the screen, and I felt in love of computer programming... and my journey started.
2/ What is your spirit animal and why?
“Code is my spirit animal” as RedHat would say.
3/ Who is your tech hero?
Martin Thompson (@mjpt777) is my tech hero … he opened my eyes that I could write faster programs in Java rather than in C/C++
4/ Why should people come to your talk at VDB17? Give us a punch line :)
a) If you want to achieve near real time communication, you should see my talk.
b) If you want to see why Kafka is a better choice than REST, you should see my talk.
