vpTech Inaugurates a New Office in Warsaw, Poland

What distinguishes a great company is its capacity to adjust to the growth, employees’ needs, and the realities of the ever-changing world. This fall vpTech inaugurated a new office in the heart of Warsaw, responding to all of the above.

It took several months to find the perfect new location for the vpTech team in Warsaw. The new office is in the very center of Warsaw, just a few steps away from the Plac Konstytucji.

One of the goals was to optimize the place according to the new realities — team members working in different countries, hybrid work, more meeting rooms, and making the whole space more interactive for the 23 members of the Warsaw team. Most of the team have interlocutors in other countries — France, Spain, and Belgium, so the idea was also to adjust the new space to their work.

The new Warsaw office has everything — a better location, access to public transport, and rotating desks where the team members can choose their desks for the day. The four meeting rooms and their layout were changed based on the hybrid model since a lot of team members need to have regular meetings with their remote colleagues.

All the Warsaw members can balance their office and home life, coming to the office to meet their colleagues when they want (or need) to. The extra privacy of the office makes it a safe space for the vpTech talents to come and share their ideas with their coworkers.

The best part about this new location for the vpTech team in Warsaw is that many people come to socialize, meet their teammates and get to know each other, rather than check in and check out — and it perfectly reflects the spirit of vpTech. The team is thrilled to organize the Office Days and the Solidarity Days in the new location.
