vpTech Opens a Brand New Office in Seville, Spain

After a successful office inauguration in Warsaw, Poland, vpTech travels to the capital of Andalusia — the beautiful city of Seville. Here is what makes the new location of Veepee’s tech community so special.

The new office project has been on for several months. The team wanted to move because they were looking for something more fitting for the vpTech’s dynamic image and spirit. Flash forward — today, the new home of the team in Seville is energetic, moving, and the employees are happy to work next to other growing and motivated companies.

Open in October, the office is right in Puerto Fluvial, in a more industrial, modern and growing part of the city. Today the new location counts 22 team members, with 11 of them working for vpTech directly and 11 — for other departments of Veepee. The vpTechers have the freedom of choosing between remote work and coming back to the office. Whichever option they go for, the company gives them both the full freedom to work remotely and all the conditions to go to the physical office.

For example, the desks system is flexible — anybody who decides to go to the office benefits from the rotating desks, which encourages communication in the company. The team has two meeting rooms, as well as the possibility to access the common areas in the building for one-on-one meetings and calls. There are also all the facilities to take a quality break, from relaxation to playing Nintendo Switch.

The main goal behind the big move was to settle in a place reflecting Veepee’s bright and vibrant identity. The old office was starting to feel a bit too distant and lonely, and it’s not an option when you are working for a permanently growing multinational company. With the new office, the team has won in terms of location, communication, flexibility, and energy.
