THE FILMS OF VENICE VIRTUAL REALITY SECTION
LA BIENNALE DI VENEZIA announced Virtual Reality programs, including first competition program at the festival of such a scale. Earlier this year it was said that competition would have the selection of 18 works, but it ended up to be 21 films.
8 films are 360 works which would be screened at VR Theatre, 6 are Oculus Rift Stand Up, 2 are Vive Stand Up and 6 are Installation (Room scale experiences).

In the out of competition there are three more sections:
BIENNALE COLLEGE CINEMA VR: The three projects were developed at Biennale College Cinema. Denoise (Beautiful Things) was entirely financed by La Biennale di Venezia. Chromatica was also financed by La Biennale di Venezia, with support from SONY.
VENICE PRODUCTION BRIDGE VR: The four projects participated in the 2016 Venice Gap-Financing Market of the Venice Production Bridge.
