On the 4th of May 2016, writer and film director Derek Westerman, VR newcomer decided to embark upon an adventure, and a clearly defined one at that. Your may know Derek from Bad Dads, This is Fashion and How We Covered It.

This time around, Derek’s ambition was to set the world’s first VR-based Guiness World Record. While the industry of Virtual Reality is buzzing with activity, there has been no official World Records yet.

So. Strapped with an HTC Vive, stacked up with available fast-food and readily available means of going to the bathroom, Derek accepts the challenge. As ambitious and loyal funseekers of the internet, we salute you Derek!
