WHAT'S HAPPENING WITH THESE STREET VENDORS IN VIETNAM?

Have you ever seen a similar scene elsewhere or this is only in Vietnam? .

A street vendor struggling to ride her mobile household goods shop on bicycle.

Wonder how she could carry this huge, cumbersome business down the streets of Hanoi everyday, rain or dry, to make a living out of selling brooms, mops, buckets and all sorts of things overloaded on her bicycle.

As deep as we could remember, there were always street vendors in this country, but not as many as nowadays.

Street vendors in the past were selling mainly newspapers, chews, scraps and some street food. Now they are everywhere and sell everything you can think of.

What happened to those poor people? Why are they moving massively from rural areas to live this way in big cities?
