As part of the V Shader Hackathon, we’re challenging artists, developers, and dreamers alike to explore the cutting edge of real-time graphics through four distinct creative tracks. Whether you’re a shader wizard or just looking to improve your skills, these themes are your invitation to shape a new visual language for the decentralized era.
Ready? Here’s what you’ll be creating for:
🔗 1. Blockchain: Code Meets Canvas
Blocks, code, or whatever comes to mind when you think of blockchain — let your imagination run wild. Design a shader that screams decentralization, cryptographic beauty, or the endless loops of a smart contract in motion. Abstract or literal, we want to see the tech visualized like never before.
🟠 ⚫ ⚪ 2. V Systems Brand Colors
Orange, black, white — these colors are the identity of V Systems. Use this limited palette to your advantage and create something bold, sleek, and unmistakably V.

📼 3. Cassette Futurism
Take a trip into the retro-future. Cassette futurism is all about the analog dreams of digital tomorrows — CRT screens, chunky tech, warm plastics, and lo-fi vibes. Your shader should feel like it belongs in a 1980s sci-fi movie about 2080.
🌐 4. Real World Assets & the Digital World
What happens when skyscrapers, farmland, art, and solar power live on-chain? This theme explores the visual language of Real World Assets (RWA) in a decentralized future. From supply chains rendered in code to tokenized cities glowing in the grid, create a shader that captures the convergence of the tangible and the virtual.
