Big news!

V Systems has officially released VSYS-USDT Atomic Swap, a new tool allowing users to trade between VSYS and USDT tokens using the V Atomic Swap contract.

V Atomic Swap contracts enable cross-chain swaps between VSYS coins and other networks’ tokens. It is a secure, decentralized solution running on the V Systems chain that requires no trusted party to hold custody of the coins.

While V Atomic Swap is a contract template that all developers can use to enable other trading pairs, the V Systems team has recently rolled out the VSYS-USDT swap functionality.

How to swap between VSYS and USDT

STEP 1 : Connect your Titan Wallet

Visit https://atomic.v.systems/swap
Click on the top right button “Connect V Wallet”
Click on “Trust” to proceed and link your Titan Wallet to the swap platform
If you don’t have a Titan Wallet yet, you can create a new account by following these instructions

STEP 2: Connect your MetaMask Wallet

Stay on https://atomic.v.systems/swap
Click on the top-right MetaMask icon
Connect to your MetaMask Wallet extension
If you don’t have a MetaMask wallet yet, you can learn how to open one here.
Select and confirm your account to proceed

Download Metamask at https://metamask.io/

STEP 3: Configure the BNB network on MetaMask

Before you can start swapping, you need to configure your MetaMask account on V Atomic Swap by switching to the USDT network supported, i.e., the BNB Chain.

Open your MetaMask Wallet extension
Click on the three dots at the top right corner
Select “Settings”
Choose “Networks”
Click on “Add Network”
From the list of networks you can link to your MetaMask account, select “BNB Chain”
Review the information and click on “Approve”
“Switch to the BNB Chain” and start swapping!

STEP 4: Start swapping!

Select the direction of the token exchange — from USDT to VSYS or vice versa
Enter the amount of tokens you want to swap
Please view the swap fees, corresponding to 0.3% of the amount
Confirm and proceed
Please note that it may take a few minutes or sometimes hours before the swap is completed. This is because the V Atomic Swap is a peer-to-peer, secure, fully decentralized functionality with no intermediate party; hence, you will be matched with the corresponding swap demand from other users.
Once your order is accepted and found a match, please proceed to lock the order to complete the swap transaction.
