Enterprise projects

Coded Solution uses V Systems’ tech stack to deliver various enterprise services and products.

In July 2024, one of our biggest projects, a DAO designed for a telecommunications giant operating also in the travel industry, entered its soft launch phase, which focused on:

VKube is a Kubernetes-based container service for developers and enterprises to run containerized applications on the cloud, without installing and operating the Kubernetes control panel or worker nodes.

New and ongoing feature development

Frontend

Added a status filter for Order-Paying.
Added a cache for service deployment information, so that after closing the popup, the information is cached until the next login.
Added a description of the purpose and override rules of the email bound to the wallet.
Added a feature where the icon changes to green when the input value during deployment is correct.
Added a further confirmation step when restarting a service.
Added a guide for new users that introduces various website functions.
Added a service refund feature that displays refund details, fees, and refund rules.

Backend

Added the Order-Paying status to the merchant/platform side, completing the state machine for orders.
Developed a transaction logger on the merchant side to resolve duplicate transaction issues and associate them with order IDs.
Developed and tested the feature to change the ownership of user services.
Currently designing the management of service secrets and the middleware responsible for reviewing the permissions and expiration of secrets.
Defined the architecture and interface for distributed locks, implemented distributed locks based on MongoDB, and applied them to scheduled tasks. Resolved the issue where other nodes or threads could not acquire the lock after it timed out.

Optimizations

Frontend

Added a prompt on the VKube dashboard to guide users to the purchase page when the shopping cart is empty.
Used icons’ color to match the corresponding status.
Updated the dashboard’s UI for the Renewal function.

Backend

Fixed the issue where the default network policy prevented users’ Pods from accessing external networks.
The merchant sends batch update service requests to delete corresponding renew orders when services expire and deletes the corresponding synced secrets for users on the v-kube-service node.
Optimized the batch query code module in the MongoDB module using reflection, simplifying the usage process.

Tachyon Protocol is a decentralized Internet protocol that aims to bring new levels of user privacy, security, speed, and freedom to today’s Internet. Its first product is a decentralized VPN. Tachyon chose V Systems for its well-designed SPoS consensus mechanism, the capabilities of Euclid smart contracts, the Staking 2.0 initiative as well as the VSYS team’s approach to partnerships and ecosystem building.

In the past month, the Tachyon team worked on the following items:

Continuously optimize network operational stability by analyzing key performance metrics, especially focusing on latency, data loss rate, and throughput, to address issues that may affect network stability.
Fix identified node performance bottlenecks and operational issues by testing new resource allocation strategies to improve node processing capacity and reduce downtime.
Change the operating mode of selected nodes, shifting from single-task processing to multi-task parallel processing, to enhance efficiency and response speed.
Fix server-side crashes by optimizing memory management, upgrading key system libraries, and correcting specific code defects.
Resolve node connectivity issues by adjusting relevant network configurations and updating node connection management software to address identified SSL/TLS protocol errors and network timeout issues.
Optimize protocols to bypass regional blocks by strengthening encryption techniques and hiding communication characteristics. Simulate blocked environments and test various new strategies to ensure smooth communication and data integrity.
Conduct detailed log reviews and network quality assessments for affected nodes, plan network configuration adjustments, and enhance node auto-recovery functions to reduce disconnection incidents.
Conduct in-depth analysis of IPX Boost failures by optimizing server response times and network stability, improving algorithms, and adjusting system parameters, and gradually begin implementation of testing.
