EVENTS LINED UP FOR SXSW 2018 (Weekend One)
Below are various events scheduled during the first weekend of SXSW in Austin, Texas.
The festival fully kicks-off with a variety of events that allow attendees to explore and discover new happenings in the worlds of film, culture, music, and technology - coupled with presentations taken by some creative individuals covering a wide range of compelling topics.
The Austin Convention Center will be the venue where most of these great events and performances will take place; it is also the central location for SXSW trade show and registration.
Registration can be critical to getting access to all of SXSW. Whether you are looking for free events or have a badge — attendees will need to register and sometimes RSVP to events around the city.
