Official Launch: Introducing Flawless (V3) Liquidity

Introduction

We’re thrilled to announce that VVS Flawless (V3) Liquidity Farm and Analytics Page features are now live! The primary goal of V3 is to enhance capital efficiency, empowering our users to fully utilize their capital, and be able to earn more swap fees and rewards through providing liquidity.

Before moving on to the new features, let’s review the existing features.

1. Multi-Tier Fee For Swap & Traders: With four trading fee tiers(0.01%, 0.05%, 0.3%, and 1%), token pairs can have liquidity pools at different fee tiers, aligning with the incentives for both LPs and traders. It provides flexibility for traders and liquidity providers (LPs) which allows traders access to lower fees while motivating LPs to maximize liquidity. Please note the swap setting will be V2 plus V3 by default and you can change it in the platform settings.
2. V3 Liquidity: LPs can choose a custom price range when adding liquidity. This is beneficial for assets that often trade within specific price ranges, optimizing concentration of capital along the intervals where most trading occurs.
3. Capital Efficiency: By concentrating the liquidity in V3, LPs can provide the same liquidity depth as V2 within specified price ranges without putting the same amount of total capital at risk. LPs can invest the saved capital in different assets or stake somewhere else in Defi.
4. Active Liquidity: The LPs’ liquidity will be effectively removed from the pool when the price of assets fall outside their selected range and stop earning fees. LPs will only hold one asset when their liquidity is removed from the pool. LPs can either adjust their price range or wait for the market to return to their expected range.
5. Range Limit Orders: This V3 feature enables the situation when the market price enters into the specified range, one asset is sold for another along a smooth curve, while still earning swap fees in the process. When LPs use this feature together with a narrow range, it allows LPs to achieve a similar goal to a standard limit order that can be set at a specific price.
6. Non-Fungible Liquidity: V3 LP tokens will be tracked by non-fungible ERC721 tokens (NFTs). Each LP can create their own price curve with new V3 features and each liquidity position is not fungible anymore.

Flawless (V3) Farms

With the launch of Flawless V3 Farms, LPs can now stake their LP tokens in V3 farms to utilize their assets. There are two ways to obtain LP tokens for V3, LPs can either add liquidity in V3 to receive LP tokens or migrate the V2 LP tokens to V3.

You can navigate to Flawless (V3) Farms page and stake your LP tokens if you have received V3 LP tokens or migrated your V2 LP tokens to V3. If not, just follow the below steps to proceed with migration and happy farming!

Migration Process

1. Navigate to our Migration Helper and connect your wallet containing Standard (V2) LP tokens that you wish to migrate.
2. Click “Unstake” to begin the unstaking process for your Standard (V2) LP tokens.
   Please note that when you unstake your LP tokens, any accrued rewards will be automatically harvested. If you’ve staked any NFTs in a farm, you must first unstake the NFTs before proceeding with the unstaking of your Standard (V2) LP tokens.
3. Input the amount of LP tokens you wish to unstake and click “Confirm”.
4. Once you have successfully unstaked your V2 LP tokens, click “Next Step” to proceed with the migration process.
5. On the Migration page, you will be presented with options to select your active liquidity, choose a desired Fee Tier, and set price range for your V3 LP tokens. Carefully review the available options when making your selection.
6. Choose your active liquidity and Fee Tier, click on the “Migrate Liquidity” button to initiate the migration process. Please check the details carefully before proceeding to the next step. Once confirmed, the migration will be initiated, and your V2 LP tokens will be converted to V3 LP tokens.
7. After the migration, click “Next Step” to stake your available V3 LP tokens in the farms to earn extra rewards.
   Please note your V3 LP tokens can only be staked in the
   farm with the same fee tier.
