Hash Rush Update — Playtest and Vorto Network Store Important Information
Greetings Voyagers!
It’s been a really exciting few weeks for us — and we hope all of you as well, from the store relaunching successfully and the playtest starting, showcasing the new Hash Rush.
With all of this excitement, we wanted to make a quick announcement for you, going over some key information that is important to our community.
The Founder Bundles
The founder bundles consist of 4 items:
- Farion, the Crystal Shield
- Carax, The Conjuror
- Melighar, The Grand Sage
- The Triumvirate, which consists of 1 of each of the three above heroes.
Each bundle also comes with the Ernack worker “Usara” skin.
The most common question that we get about the bundles has been “how many of each bundle exists”?

- 1092 of the Triumvirate bundle
- 324 of Melighar
- 312 of Carax
- 309 of Farion
IMPORTANT: After hearing the concerns from our community regarding the quantities and previous understanding, we have changed the total for each hero to 2500, and the Triumvirate bundle sales are included in this number.
Therefore, there will only ever be 2500 of each HERO, no more.
For the remaining items, are going to be adding more to the store over the next few days, and again in the coming week, until all have been sold out/added to the store.

Important: Due to the quantity mix-up, we need to change this schedule.
After this schedule ends, 500 of the Triumvirate bundle items will be added to the store when we update the playtest to include our blockchain testnet, finally giving you all a taste of our unique blockchain integration.
We hope that by sharing this schedule, and the maximum quantity of each item, everyone will be able to plan their activities to ensure that they get what they want.
Support
Until recently, Lixil and Darkfall (but mainly Lixil) have been handling customer support primarily via Discord. However, with the (frankly incredible) interest in our store and game, it has quickly become very hard to properly answer everyone’s questions in a timely manner.
To remedy this, we’ve opened a special support system (using Zendesk) where you can send us your questions/issues and be confident that you will receive the proper attention that you need.

Scam Warning
Unfortunately, our popularity has resulted in our community being targeted by unscrupulous people that simply want to scam you out of your money/cryptocurrency. Therefore, we want to make totally clear that no one from Hash Rush will EVER ask you to send money/cryptocurrency in exchange for access to the playtest — or for so-called ‘private sales’. There are NOT private sales for our Found Bundles, and access to the playtest is entirely free, but limited as we are opening new positions gradually over time.

Regarding BSC/Binance-Peg USD-C
It has come to our attention that some individuals have attempted to buy the Founder Bundles using the Binance-Peg USD-C, which unfortunately resulted in a ‘failed payment’ notification being sent to them.
We need to be completely clear here. Sending the BSC USD-C will result in the loss of your cryptocurrency. This is because we (Hash Rush/Vorto Gaming) are currently using Coinbase as the payment provider for the cryptocurrency method, and the wallet is only set up to recognize the original USD-C.
Furthermore, as we are using Coinbase, we are not in control of the wallet’s private key, and as such cannot do anything to access/recognize/return any of the BSC USD-C that has been sent.

Please pay attention to this line:
3. You sent the tokens to a custodial wallet or crypto exchange.
Ask your wallet provider for help or the exchange’s customer service. It may not be possible to recover your funds.
Before working on a solution, it’s worth understanding what’s happened to avoid the same problem in the future.

Please pay attention to this line:
If you have transferred any digital asset to your Coinbase account that Coinbase does not currently support, then there is no way to recover these assets
