A Mind Tranquil as Still Water

I have been studying Economics for the mid-term exam next week in typhoon nights. It is difficult for me because I didn’t take any Economics lessons when I was in college. When I felt tired and wanted to close my textbooks, I found something interesting.

There was a poem printed on the surface of paper cup. The content of the poem is “When you are annoyed at something, you must be calm and make your heart like still water.” It was a philosophic phrase and sometimes it really works. However, I decided to listen to music to be relax instead of meditation. I thought it is more effective for me!
