If I Could Change One Thing about My College Life

If I have one more chance, I would work harder during my college.
In the last two years, I have been in a vicious circle. I had worked in a warehouse for eight months. It was a hard time. Every day I had to work in a sultry environment, without fans and air-conditioners. I wanted to change the job, but, to be honest, I did not have enough qualifications for my dreaming career. In the end, I quitted my job. With a view to preparing myself for the future work, I decided to prepare for the entrance exam of ITI.
While I was taking days off work and studying for the entrance exam, I could not help thinking back to my college life. I could not say it wasted time to take four years in university because I did learn something though it was irrelative to my major. After I got a part-time job as a salesperson. I thought that instead of only studying in college, doing a part-time job could learn more practical skills. Furthermore, maybe I could find some connections between industry and academia and used the theory during my job as well. What I learned most from my part-time job was how to interact with people, observe what they wanted and what they thought. It was a great job but not a stable one for permanent. If I have one more chance, I would spend more time studying the basic subjects, like accounting and economics. If I did then, probably it would be much easier for me to understand some information about the enterprises I wanted to go. Another thing I wanted to change is time management. I believe that I am good at managing my time, but if I could strike a balance among my hobbies, studies, and part-time jobs, I would have more spare time to take some extracurricular courses.
Now, I am in ITI. It is a beginning of a new adventure. Make it count. Hope that after several months, I can be a competitive person to pursue my ideal life.
