W3 ART is excited to announce the launch of our first NFT collection:

This is not just any ordinary NFT, it’s the beginning of an exciting journey that combines Art and Technology to create unprecedented experiences and opportunities.
Our goal is to gather web3 enthusiasts interested in participating in a business that helps bring the decentralized future to the masses.
The aim is to introduce these individuals to web3 by bringing them phygital solutions that are easy to adopt. These solutions should help resolve or simplify problems without the need for extensive technical knowledge about Blockchains or NFTs.
W3 PASS is the key to unlocking the full potential of the W3 ART ecosystem, a decentralised community of artists, tech enthusiasts, and communities, who strive to use blockchain technology to bring their dreams.
W3 ART solutions are D2E (Designed to earn). The purpose of our organisation is to build solutions for our ecosystem to earn.
As a W3 PASS holder, you’re not just a decision maker in our business, but a co-creator who gets the chance to build and earn with us.
Step 1 : Building a Foundation for Success
The W3 PASS drop is the opportunity for W3 ART to build an earning mechanism for us and our holders.
We plan on building an affiliation program that will (at first) be only available to our holders :
- Stake your pass to generate referral links : Each pass can generate a certain number of referral codes.
- For each new holder (of our NFTs) or client (of our B2B services) that you bring, you will receive royalties on each sales (primary and secondary market) that will be generated on the NFTs that they mint or the services that they purchase.
- This referral program will be managed on-chain by a smart contract, so this is a lifetime process.
W3 PASS also represents exclusive access to future products and services that we will create with our network of artists and partners (allowlists, free mints, discounted mints, merch, events…)
This program is the foundation of the future that we are building.
Step 2 : Ignition — Digital Standards
W3 PASS holders will have the chance to stake their passes and begin earning at the beginning of Q2 2023.
In the meantime, we have a number of exciting NFT drops planned in our Roadmap:
- W3 ART 1 : a series of 1/1 NFTs created with our panel of artists, including some Physical Art pieces.
- Generative collections created with some of our artists.
- Exclusive access to NFT collections created in collaboration with some of our partners, which will be announced shortly after the W3 PASS drop.
Step 3 : Start — Phygital Standards
A portion of the earnings from the W3 PASS drop will be used to develop our phygital experience services portfolio. This portfolio includes a set of tools for Holders, Artists, and Businesses, which support our vision of merging Art and Tech to create and unique phygital experiences.
One of the key components of this portfolio is the W3 PASS physical card, which will be sent for free to all W3 PASS holders.
More details about our phygital products and services will be announced in the coming months after the W3 PASS drop.
Next Steps : W3 SPR3AD
After a 6 to 9 month intense building phase, we will have all the tools we need to deliver our vision to both consumers and companies. Our community will be active participants in our success, therefore allowing them to reap the benefits of our hard work.
In Parallel, We Deliver
We won’t wait for the full set of our services to be develop to deliver great products and services :
- Our holders will be offered great opportunities to hold amazing Art.
- We will work with our artists to offer great utilities to holders of their collections.
- Our holders will be offered great opportunities to be the active participants of our development, and will be rewarded for that.
- We will continue to deliver innovative phygital services to our (B2B) clients, which will help our company to sustain itself, without needing to consider new NFT collections as a way to raise more funds.
About the W3 PASS — FOUD3R 3DITION drop :
- The collection will be dropped in the last week of February
- Supply : 4200 NFTs
- Mint Price : 0.05 Eth
- A maximum of 500 of the NFTs will be offered as a free mint to some community members, partner project founders, artists, and contest winners
- Allowlists will be offered to some holders of our previous projects, community members from partners and collabs projects. Some allowlist opportunities will also be offered through contests and raffles on Discord, Twitter and our KickOffLabs Page.
- A W3 PASS — FOUND3R 3DITION will give you free spots in the W3 PASS — MEMB3R 3DITION, coming later in 2023, to offer to friends or family.
