After two years spent developing and building up Hydra Ecosystem community, we have in these days started the release process for our alpha and pre-alpha tools! You can read the full documentation at hydraecosystem.org
Last years have been a wild ride for us, as we committed in facilitating API developers to get in touch with Semantic Web and what we think it is the future of REST interfaces: the Hydra Specification.

The realisation of this effort are three repositories that have now consolidated enough to enter a new phase. In particular:
* hydrus, our flagship server, is now in alpha with version 0.2
* it relies on a just established Python Hydra Core library currently at version 0.1 pre-alpha
* with the addition of Hydra OpenAPI Parser, an OpenAPI-to-Hydra spec translator, currently at version 0.1.1 pre-alpha

Starting points, but they make us confident about a possible great jump-start for this new year. We expect feedback and more contributors getting involved as we have some nice “good first issue” tasks in the different repositories mentioned above.

To have a general outlook about how to start contributing, see this documentation page.
