To convert the funding round:
1. Navigate to the Capital App, find the funding round you want to convert, and click Convert Round located in the Security Type attribute.
2. For convertible Common Stock and Preferred Stock, it will automatically convert. Scroll down and click SAVE CHANGES.
For other securities, choose the new security type and click CONVERT ROUND. Then click SAVE CHANGES.
To convert an individual’s security (can only be done for convertible Common Stock or Preferred Stock):
1. Navigate to the Capital App, find the investor you want to convert, click on their card to expand details, and click Edit
2. Click Convert.
3. Select the date that the conversion took place and click CONVERT.
