Employee stocks can be exercised for a company who has a WACC Suite Business subscription.
For Company:
1. Navigate to the Capital App and click on the employee whose options you want to exercise in EMPLOYEE STOCKS section.
2. In the employee’s details, click on either the Exercise button on top or the Exercise button next to Current Shares Quantity.
3. Enter the number of shares you want to exercise in Exercise Quantity then click EXERCISE.
For Employees:
1. Navigate to the Portfolio App and click on the company whose options you have and want to exercise in EMPLOYEE STOCKS section.
2. In the company’s details, if you have more than one option plan, choose the one that you want to exercise.
3. Click on either the Exercise button in the table view or the Exercise button on top of the option details.
4. Enter the number of shares you want to exercise in Exercise Quantity then click EXERCISE.
5. An action with your request will be sent to the company to review.
