For Company:
1. Navigate to the Capital App and click on the investor whose shares you want to transfer.
2. In the investor’s details, click on the Transfer button.
3. Choose who you want to transfer the securities to and click NEXT.
4. Enter the dollar amount that the security was sold for in Payout Amount then click SEND REQUEST.
5. If you had Rights of First Refusal as Yes for this investment, navigate to your Actions located in Rings and accept the transfer request. If Rights of First Refusal was No then no further action is required on your end.
For Investors:
1. Navigate to the Portfolio App and click on the company whose shares you want to transfer.
2. In the company’s details, if you have more than one investment, choose the one that you want to transfer.
3. Click on the Transfer button on top of the investment details.
4. Choose who you want to transfer the securities to and click NEXT.
5. Enter the dollar amount that the security was sold for in Payout Amount then click SEND REQUEST.
6. If the company has Rights of First Refusal as Yes for this investment, the company will receive an email and an Action to either approve or decline the transfer. If approved, then the buyer will receive an email and an Action in their Rings. If the company has Rights of First Refusal as No the buyer will directly receive an email and an Action in their Rings.
