The Great American Smokeout
Make your plan to quit tobacco today!
Quitting tobacco is one of the most difficult things you can do.
And like many habits, it’s not something that can be accomplished in one day. It’s a process. It takes time and a plan.
Planning to quit tobacco can improve your success, even if it takes you a few tries to quit.
Maybe you have tried already; but did you know there is an app for your phone that can help make a plan and deal with your cravings?
Or did you know you can get free one-on-one counseling from a quit coach with just a phone call?
Nov. 16 is the American Cancer Society’s Great American Smokeout® — a day dedicated to taking that first step to quit smoking and beginning the journey to a smoke-free life.
