Whilst some may prefer to hide out in the secluded Ibiza hills, many holidaymakers cannot resist the temptation of a party (or twenty) at their doorstep. Ushuaïa is the #1 choice for those who come to Ibiza for an outdoor daytime EDM party. It’s vibe and performers are second to none.
Here are 3 big nights you simply cannot afford (pun intended) to miss:
1. Axwell Λ Ingrosso
When: Every Wednesday from 5pm
Ushuaïa is the place to spritz up your mid-week. Expect dazzling fireworks and dancers, with big room DJs like Lost Frequencies and Don Diablo both confirmed to play. Axwell Λ Ingrosso return to Ibiza once more having amassed millions of fans across the globe from their time in Swedish House Mafia. They are my favourite act of the evening and the dynamic duo will play a set full of their own tracks from 10pm.
2. Martin Garrix Multiply
When: Every Friday from 5pm
What could possibly be better than spending your Friday night raving to Martin Garrix? I’ve seen him at both Multiply and EDC UK and if there’s one man that has EDM running through his veins, it’s Garrix. With Dillon Francis and Nero scheduled as his back up boys, this year’s lineup trumps all other Friday night events. Ushuaïa closes at midnight (Stupid licensing requirements -_-) so you can roll onto Amnesia afterwards to turn the Music 🔛
3. ANTS 🐜
When: Every Saturday from 3pm
This is Ushuaïa’s own homegrown party for a day of underground deep house and techno in a spectacular setting. After a crazy Friday night at Multiply and Amnesia, getting up on Saturday to secure a pool spot might be a challenge even if it opens at 3pm. The party moves from around the pool to the main stage around 8pm and it really heats up after 9, with Andrea Oliva, Groove Armada and Fanciulli featuring on most nights.
Honestly I think this is the BEST night at Ushuaïa but you’ll have to like the deep stuff 🔊 Admittedly though there’s less dancing than on the EDM nights and more monotonous bopping with sunglasses on 😎
