It’s the FIRST DAY of the Crave 21 Challenge! Here is how it works…

  1. Choose a craving you wish to give up over the next 21 days and find a replacement habit for that crave.
  2. Challenge friends and family to join the Crave or Donate $21 to youth addiction education, or both ;)
  3. Fight the Crave and raise support!

This year, I am choosing give up doughnuts and Netflix for 21 days and replace it with healthier snacks and reading. This will be the third time I’ve participated in the Crave 21 Challenge. Through my experience in this Challenge, not only have I given up a lot of unhealthy cravings and habits, I’ve learned about how strong the forces of nature are on the human body.

Over the next 21 days, I will keep a journal on my progress and share as much as I can with my audience. I don’t expect to be perfect, nobody is. But you best believe I’m going to fight the craves and learn to refuse the simple things like Netflix on a cold rainy day. If you are interested in joining me on this journey, I CHALLENGE you to take the Crave 21 Challenge or help the cause by visiting Crave21.org and donating $21 to youth addiction education! Be sure to download the coach.me app to check-in, share your experiences, and learn something new each day.

Here is Day 1 of the Crave 21 Challenge!

“Having a positive attitude and building a support team is key to a successful Crave 21 Challenge. Today, identify at least one friend who can be your cheerleader and keep you accountable, ideally someone who is also taking the Challenge with you!

For those that have bigger support groups, consider starting a group text chat or email chain. Share your struggles, tips, and things you learn along the way! Good Luck!”
