Proverbial tornados manifest themselves in the mind. It’s a strange background hum that never subsides. Like a volume knob, it occasionally fluctuates between a loud roar and a constant, low drone.

What do you do about all that?

You know there are others enduring in a similar way. Everybody has some qualms. You don’t want to burden. However, you need to share. You need to express and get your inner sensations emblazoned in spoken and written words.

It gets lonely.

You never seem to find an individual who empathizes on a true one-to-one basis. You need a copy of yourself. You yearn for a mirrored being to share in this nonstop malaise.

Share.

That’s my only and paramount advice.

Express.

That’s my only innate mission.

You’ve got a lot going on.

You couldn’t possibly juggle all of it yourself. You need to believe there are other beings capable of taking on and resonating with everything you experience.
