All successful people seem to be bubbling with courage.

They have the ability to bet on themselves and achieve whatever they want through sheer bravery.

But lemme let you in on a secret.

They all started as fakes.

No One is Confident Before They Start

How can you ever be ready before you embark on your journey?

It is only through repeated trial and error that you realize what works and what doesn’t. Only then do you become confident. Only then are you ready.

But how do you begin when it is so daunting to start?

Just Pretend

The answer is simple.

Fake it till you make it. Just pretend to be brave enough.

Your brain, despite all its intricate workings and mechanisms, is pretty stupid.

Nervousness and excitement trigger the same reactions in your body. Sweaty palms, dilated pupils, dry mouth. It is only us who label these emotion as positive or negative depending on the environment.

You can change the label whenever you want.

Your brain is just an elaborate mass of flesh. You control it. Not the other way around.

No One Can Tell You’re a Fake

You need only fake your bravery for a little while.

Because the moment you begin taking action, your mind shifts from a state of thinking to doing. It is only concerned with how to execute the task at hand.

No one would be able to tell the difference. Not even your brain. Not even you.

So don’t waste your life in inaction. Convince yourself you can do it. And just do it. You’ll see that you prove yourself right.
