Dive into the secret of a long life.

In Hindi films, there is a well-known line that goes, "Zinggi badi honi chahiye lambi nahi," which says that life is not defined by how long we survive. Anyone can live a long life, but how many of them actually have a significant impact on other people’s lives is precisely what makes it important, which is why it should be meaningful.
So how are we meant to make it significant, or are we meant to delve into the long-life secret?
So yes, there are various ways that, by fulfilling it, we can manage to dive into the secret of long life:
1. First and foremost, discover your "ikigai," or feeling of purpose. This can be any number of things, such as pursuing a pastime that allows you to serve others or working a job that you enjoy.

2. Avoid overtaxing your intellect. Even major accomplishments do not yield benefits immediately, so I would have advised you to always prioritize tasks and then proceed step by step.

3. The most crucial thing to accomplish is to act joyfully. If your thoughts are still racing, how are you supposed to proceed appropriately?

There is, in my opinion, a difference between a long and meaningful life and a sweet one. People who live long lives tend to be frustrated with their circumstances, which drains their energy constantly. While we cannot avoid work and stress for an extended period of time, the best thing we can do is try to live a little sweeter. This will probably improve your health and, in the end, prevent thousands of springs from having to wait in line, which improves life.

A long life may not be good enough, but a good life is long enough.
