Is our brain a dumping ground?

You might wonder what I mean by that.

Obviously, our brain isn’t a dumping ground, but do we treat it right?

From the moment we wake up to the moment we sleep, we’re bombarded with all sorts of news, mostly negative.

Who enjoys hearing negative news all the time?

In this digital era, we’re constantly bombarded with negativity.

Now, you might ask, should we stop consuming news altogether? How would we stay updated with current trends?

Let’s take a look back a decade. Did our grandparents consume news all day long?

No, they didn’t.

They dedicated specific times in their day to reading the newspaper, and then they continued with their daily chores.

It’s quite different from us, who are constantly exposed to news.

Constant exposure to negativity can adversely affect our mental health.

We should treat our minds with respect and feed them with positive and informative content.

But what about entertainment?

Should we stop that too?

No, but we should be mindful of what we consume.

Like I would suggest watching a movie instead of mindlessly scrolling through short-form content for hours.

Choose wisely do you want to pollute your mind with the animal movie(a Bollywood movie)or watch Animal Planet?
