If you want to get something done well, make sure you have what you need before you do it.

That includes resources, environment and mindset.

Firemen don’t turn up to a raging fire and then spend ten minutes running around looking for a hose.

They’re ready. They’re prepared.

They have their equipment.

They have the area cordoned off so they can work safely.

They are focused on containing and then removing the fire.

Resources.

Environment.

Mindset.
