Summer is here, and so is the quest for delicious desserts that don’t require turning on the oven! No one needs that extra heat! No-bake desserts are perfect for hot days when you crave something sweet and refreshing without the extra heat. Bonus: they don’t take as long!! These classic, homestyle comfort desserts are sure to satisfy your sweet tooth and keep you cool. Whether you’re a busy mom, a dedicated homemaker, or just someone who loves a good dessert, these no-bake treats are for you. Today I am simply sharing fun recipes and ideas that are perfect for any summer gathering, cookout, or just a sweet treat at home for the hubby and kids!

Banana Pudding Lasagna

Ingredients:
- 1 package of instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups of cold milk
- 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
- 1 container of whipped topping (Cool Whip)
- 4 bananas, sliced
- 1 box of vanilla wafer cookies

Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, whisk together the instant pudding mix and cold milk until it starts to thicken.
2. Stir in the sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
3. Fold in the whipped topping gently until fully combined.
4. In a 9x13 inch dish, start with a layer of vanilla wafers, followed by a layer of sliced bananas.
5. Spread half of the pudding mixture over the bananas.
6. Repeat the layers, finishing with a layer of pudding on top.
7. Crush a few vanilla wafers and sprinkle over the top for garnish.
8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the layers to set.

Pudding Fruit Salad

Ingredients:
- 1 package of instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 cup of cold milk
- 1 container of whipped topping (Cool Whip)
- 1 can of pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 can of mandarin oranges, drained
- 2 cups of grapes, halved
- 2 cups of strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup of blueberries

Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, prepare the instant pudding mix with the cold milk according to package directions.
2. Gently fold in the whipped topping until smooth.
3. Add all the fruits to the bowl and mix until the fruits are evenly coated with the pudding mixture.
4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to let the flavors meld together.

Homemade Ice Cream (No Ice Cream Maker Needed!)

Ingredients:
- 2 cups of heavy whipping cream
- 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- Your choice of mix-ins (chocolate chips, cookie dough, fruit, etc.)

Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream with a mixer until stiff peaks form.
2. In another bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract.
3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture until fully incorporated.
4. Add your choice of mix-ins and gently stir to combine.
5. Pour the mixture into a loaf pan or freezer-safe container.
6. Cover and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight before serving.

Fruity Popsicles

Ingredients:
- 2 cups of fruit juice (your choice)
- 1 cup of fresh fruit, diced
- 2 tablespoons of honey (optional)
- Popsicle molds

Instructions:
1. Mix the fruit juice and honey (if using) in a bowl.
2. Place a few pieces of diced fruit into each popsicle mold.
3. Pour the juice mixture over the fruit, filling each mold almost to the top.
4. Insert the popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
5. To release the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.

Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries

Ingredients:
- 1 pound of fresh strawberries
- 1 package of cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- Graham cracker crumbs for garnish

Instructions:
1. Wash and hull the strawberries, creating a small cavity in each.
2. In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
3. Transfer the cream cheese mixture to a piping bag or a zip-top bag with the corner snipped off.
4. Pipe the mixture into each strawberry, filling the cavity.
5. Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs for garnish.
6. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
