  • Overthinking?

Write Down your Thoughts, whatever comes to your mind just write it down. It will help you track down all your thoughts.

  • Feeling Negative?

Express Gratitude to you loved ones, or to your friend. It will help you calm down your brain and will help you think about positive situations.

  • Foggy?

Try to Meditate for 15 minutes at least for a week. It’s a state which you really can’t control so try to relax your mind and you will slowly will get a solution.

  • Improve Mood?

Go out for a Walk, inhale some fresh air. Changing your sorrounding helps in drastically improve your mood.

  • Looking to Learn something new?

Start reading about the topic. Don’t go directly to YouTube read about it first. Reading will improve your focus and helps in better retention of knowledge.

  • Absorb?

Teach about that topic to your peers or to a junior. Do this especially if you are a student, it will help you in understanding teh topic in a much better way.

  • Overwhelmed?

Delete the Social Media for a while, at least untill you don’t come back to normal state. One should do this activity once in a while.

  • Burnt Out?

Don’t go to gym, or to roam around or to any club. Go to bed and try to sleep. It will relax your brain and your body.
