It’s you after reading the article | By Count Chris

It’s the easiest path to acquiring happiness in one’s life — I have no idea why people don’t talk about it much.

This method requires no effort, no money and no time at all.

It costs nothing and worth everything.

However, as we all know, life usually turns out to be far from happy, but in the end only we’re responsible for how to interpret its meaning.

You should look at the world in a different light of a bright and tender inner lamp every one of us possesses.

And you can easily do it.

So, the secret to a happy life lies in…

All you need is… | By Priscilla Du Preez 🇨🇦

Saying “Thank you”

Or in more general terms — appreciating what you have.

Still confused?

Want to know how the hell telling simple words can change the whole script of the universe in your favor?

Life acts like a naughty child, always spoiling the fun for us. Hard times come and go like the infinite cycle of day and night, always giving its place to good times. In the good periods, when positive input into your life hits over the top, the stupidest and most popular thing to do — is to neglect the joy and pleasures that we receive.

Nothing will make you happy unless you’re grateful for it.

And you can’t deny it. Imagine what a radical difference in reactions would be for such a trivial thing as eating a piece of bread in a wealthy businessman and a skeleton-like homeless, who hasn’t eaten in days.

Appreciate that you’re still alive, breathing and reading this article. (A lot of people can’t, so know you’re exceptional)

But how many of us actually do this? Do you, my dear reader, use it in practice?

We often notice good times, only when bad times arrive, crying about how much it was better before. And often forget to live in the moment.

It’s all it takes

A simple act of letting “Thank you” out of your mouth sets the entire universe in motion.

The world won’t change because of your “Thank you” but your inner self will cheer up. It’d “Thank you” back if it knew how)

Here’s how you do it:

Say “Thank you” to the people who love you (and they will probably love you more)

Say “Thank you” to the people who hate you (and they will probably hate you less)

Easy, doesn’t it?

Say “Thank you” to the beautiful sunrise outside your window (even when you see it for the thousandth time)

Say “Thank you” to the delicious meal on your plate (even when you eat it for the thousandth time)

Say “Thank you” to the taxi driver who just did their job (even when you hated it at times)

Say “Thank you” to the person who makes your days better (even if this person is you)

Say “Thank you” that you can see, can feel, can love, can live (even if you despise it. life is short)

Sincere gratitude and satisfaction radiating from your restless eyes is the best indicator, that you hacked this fucking game of life.

The worst moments of life won’t break you down when you love the best.

Thank you for your priceless time and attention! I appreciate that.
