Wallby is finally coming to iOS!
The number one request we’ve been receiving so far has finally been fulfilled: now also iOS users can manage their bitcoins, tokens and NFTs across the most popular Bitcoin-based networks and chains in a single and convenient superapp!
At release, the iOS version will have the following features:
- Bitcoin wallet;
- Liquid Network wallet with token and NFT support;
- Rootstock wallet with Sovryn integration for tokens and liquidity pools.
NOTE: the decentralized exchange/swap feature based on Rootstock/Sovryn is currently not available on iOS.
We are looking forward to hearing your feedback!
Remember that Wallby is currently available for beta testing and it is NOT open source neither a full and stable release, so it is recommended to only use it with small amounts for testing purposes; being a decentralized wallet, not even the Wallby team can help in case of lost funds.
Wallby is the all-in-one wallet and superapp for Bitcoin and its most popular sidechains and layer 2: Wallby’s decentralized wallet supports Bitcoin, Liquid Network and Rootstock, with Lightning Network next. Users are able to manage their balance on-chain, receive and send tokens and NFTs on Liquid and access DeFi services such as Sovryn’s DEX and liquidity pools for their favorite tokens on Rootstock. In the future users will also be able to access a fully optional suite of products and services, such as fiat gateway, cross chain bridge, on-chain notarization and many more. The application is currently available for beta testing on Android, with the desktop and iOS versions coming soon.
Wallby is currently developed by Bcademy, the head company of the main Bitcoin business ecosystem in ltaly, founded by industry veterans such as Giacomo Zucco, Marco Amadori, Antonio Parrella, Alessandro Olivo and others, who have been working together on Bitcoin wallet and merchant applications, colored coins, RGB, Lightning Network and custom software and hardware solutions since 2016.
Bcademy is a Liquid Federation member and functionary with representatives on the technology and membership boards, working closely with Blockstream, IOV Labs and other relevant stakeholders for the technologies adopted for Wallby.
Wallby is available for beta testing on Android and iOS.
