Bocchicchio, a graduate of the REALTOR® Institute and a member of the Rotary Club of South Jersey, brings 21 years of real estate and 18 years of brokering experience to the team. During this time, he founded his own residential real estate firm and settled over 2,000 transactions.
The establishment of Walters Realty will make it easier for our custom home clients to find the perfect empty lot or older or damaged home to tear down. The team will take your wants and needs for your new home into consideration through the process of selecting your lot.
