WAM Bi-Weekly Update [3rd September, 2022]
At the beginning of the year, you were advised to fasten your seatbelts and get ready for an exciting journey, and with 8 months down, and 4 to go, we’re sure you’ll agree that 2022 in retrospect has been beyond eventful for WAM. This goes to show that the team walks the walk!
Bringing you regular updates is imperative to us, because keeping you updated with our activities, projects, and events, is a great way to keep track of major milestones.
Here are some highlights of the past week.
🦾 Product
Starting with some exciting statistics — did you know that there are over 43,000 active daily users on WAM? Well, now you do! This is truly exciting, and we’re already on the lookout for the next record breaker.
What’s better than daily rewards? Incremental daily rewards! These rewards work in a chain, which means that their value increases daily if they are collected every day by the player.
Conversely, if a day passes, and the reward is not collected, the chain breaks and the player will return to Day 1. To unlock daily rewards, the player must participate in a tournament of their choice, either in live or training mode.

Ask-Me-Anything sessions are a great way to get more information about WAM’s progress, as well as get updated on the latest innovations. An AMA session, featuring BNB took place on the 31st of August, with CEO — Daniel Tamas. Watch here.
Another AMA session took place yesterday with the BNB Chinese community, and it was an informative session.
The Community Special Tournament — road to $30,000 — which took place from the 14th of July to the 18th of August, witnessed players from different communities playing their favorite games to win exciting rewards such as tickets to the biggest festival in Europe, NFTs, and a guaranteed prize pool of 2,000+ $WAM.
So far, all the winners of this tournament, developed to bring all kinds of communities together, have been contacted. Just in case you are yet to receive an email from us, check the Telegram group chat. All the lucky winners from the 8 tournaments have been announced there.

Presently, the bridge connecting the Elrond Network with the BNB Chain is now fully operational both ways for WAM coins. This means that WAM tokens can directly be deposited from the Elrond blockchain into the WAM.app. Exciting, right?
Yesterday, the 2nd of September, WAM’s CEO — Daniel Tamas, was one of the top speakers at the Hyper Game Conference. In this session, he shared key points on the direction the hyper-casual games market is headed.
