Wanchain Adds Real-World Data with Chainlink Integration and Partnership
Beta testing for Chainlink’s oracle service on Wanchain is live
Wanchain has set out to change and improve the way the world does financial transactions. In the new digital economy, people (and machines) will transact on a daily basis through smart devices using digital currencies. These transactions will be tracked on blockchain ledgers, many different and heterogeneous ledgers. We believe Wanchain will be one of the primary technology infrastructures facilitating these transactions between blockchains in the background, unbeknownst to the user. However, in order to reach this goal, applications built on Wanchain will need to leverage real-world input such as data from financial market data or IOT devices. These applications will also need to be able to send financial transactions from smart contracts to traditional institutions such as banks or credit card companies.
Wanchain is very pleased to announce our new integration and partnership with Chainlink. The implementation of Chainlink, currently in Beta, will bring access to information typically stored off-chain such as APIs, payment gateways, or feeds of data and information.
Why Chainlink?
