Login through CIvic -> accept T&C -> Token Sale. Hard cap — 12500ETH. Token sale whitelist addresses are guaranteed a spot to contribute to the Token sale.

Token sale whitelist — This is for investors who have followed and seen the project, but could not get in at the Pre-Sale stage. ETH will have to be sent on opening of the Token sale at 2pm GMT on October 27th. This whitelist will stop after 3000ETH is reached. These users are guaranteed a 18% bonus.

How to get added to the Whitelist — Join the Telegram group, PM @abhiwandx.

Token distribution

We’re testing the Token sale contracts (available here) on the upgraded Ethereum mainnet, as well as getting the contracts audited. Since we want to thoroughly test our contracts on the upgraded Ethereum mainnet, we will need another 5 days to do so. Hence, we’ve updated the final dates. The end date is changed to November 25th rather than the earlier November 22nd. The Token distribution details is shown below.

Token Sale — October 27th 2pm GMT to November 25th 2pm GMT

October 27th to November 7th 2pm GMT — 18% bonus (10 days)

November 7th 2pm GMT to November 15th 2pm GMT — 12% bonus (8 days)

November 15th to November 21st 2pm GMT — 6% bonus (6 days)

November 21st to November 25th 2pm GMT — 0% bonus (4 days)

Token sale structure.

How to send

Login through Civic -> Read the terms and conditions -> contribute ETH to the address shown on the website. At all stages, users will have to send Ether to the address shown on our Token sale page. Users will have to send Ether through Metamask/MEW/Parity/MIST. Do not send any ETH through any other wallet or exchange address!

Pre-sale (completed)

Pre-Sale whitelist — Those on the whitelist have to send Ether to a multi-sig wallet on October 8th. Since we received over 500ETH worth of contributions to the pre-sale whitelist, we scrapped the open pre-sale.

When will you get the Token

Users at all stages of contribution will get Tokens after the end of the Token sale. We’re working on releasing the Tokens one day after sending ETH, but that would entirely depend on the Ethereum network. Tokens are designed to transfer immediately.

How will you get the Token

Users will get the Token to the Ether address from which they have contributed.

What can you do with the Token

Our mainnet release date is November 20th, but that could be subject to how quickly we can stress test the application. This application would enable users to create and trade in ERC20 Token baskets. This transaction can be made in Wand tokens or Ether. Our transaction fee will be discounted for those paying the transaction fee in Wand. Every product that is created and traded will be incentivized through Wand Tokens. The Wand Token hence acts as an equivalent of a loyalty point in retail.

What is the benefit to Token holders

Token holders can trade in our decentralized ERC20 token baskets trading application. For the next application on the platform, users can trade in partial baskets as well.

Who can participate in the Token sale

Users can participate at their own risk. Please read our Terms and conditions and our privacy policy before participating.

Where are the Tokens tradable?

We are in talks with a couple of exchanges, but they will certainly be tradable on our platform, since we will release the Mainnet version before the end of the Token sale.

Which baskets will be tradable?

We’ll create optimal baskets based on the top 10 ERC20 tokens as per the algorithms given on our github — https://github.com/WandXDapp. New Tokens can list on this platform through our registration form which will be available after the Pre-Sale date. Only Tokens that are not securities can be traded on this platform.
