Finn.ai brings you conversational banking, via an artificially-intelligent chatbot. The bot can communicate in plain language, helping banking customers with day-to-day account management as well as long-term budgeting and financial planning.
Finn.ai’s chatbot is for hire by your bank, and can be white-labeled as needed. The rationale behind the bot has to do with a particular market segment, according to Finn.ai: “It is no secret that Millennials prefer to text, it’s time banks stopped forcing them to call.”
