Russia’s economy is in deep trouble, its military fights unending wars in Syria and Ukraine and the Panama Papers revealed unbelievable levels of institutional corruption. Such political, financial and military problems would destroy any other world leader.
But Russian Pres. Vladimir Putin isn’t any other world leader.
