The technology being used and perfected during World War I was not highly advanced. While the conflict saw the advent of the airplane and the tank these platforms did not get perfected until World War II. Many times, the Great War was being conducted with pure manpower, brute force and hand operations.




Wars are often portrayed as large singular events in history but every conflict is a menagerie of thousands of small stories that make up one superior narrative. These are those stories.
