WardenSwap AMA: User Questions and Team Responses
At WardenSwap, we value transparency and ethics, but we know we havenāt communicated well recently. To address this, we are holding an AMA (Ask Me Anything) to answer all your questions and to respond officially.
Here are the questions from users and our teamās responses:
1. What is the future of WardenSwap?
We see WardenSwap evolving into a leading platform in the Decentralized Exchange space using Blockchain technology. We are committed to continuously developing our products and services, including adding new features to make transactions easier, safer, and more efficient.
Developments include:
- Adding more chains to our services
- Connecting with more DEXs to maintain the best exchange rates
- Listing new tokens to meet usersā needs
- Other exciting updates
Currently, our priority is distributing OP tokens to maximize benefits for the WardenSwap and Optimism communities.
2. Will WardenSwap users be eligible for OP Distribution?
Absolutely! We plan to support our Early Adopters thoroughly. OP tokens will be distributed based on usage history and community involvement in a fair and transparent manner. Our focus is on users and supporters from the early days of the platform until now, including future activities.
The conditions for OP distribution adhere to the Proposal we previously submitted to Optimism Foundation.
- Regarding the Builder portion (75,000 OP), we have decided to return it to the Optimism Foundation and allow them to manage it further.
- In some cases (Referral Program 30,000 OP), we might request adjustments with the Optimism Foundation to align with future development trends and community needs. If we donāt have a solid distribution plan, returning the OP tokens will be our last resort.
Additionally, future voting (#2) will include criteria to ensure the transparency of the distribution process. The details will be on the blockchain for the community to verify. The challenge currently is to establish the fairest distribution rules. Please understand and wait for the next set of rules to be announced.
3. Addressing allegations of fraud
We regret to hear about any dissatisfaction from our community. We assure you that we have never intended to defraud or act non-transparently. If you have any concerns or issues, please contact us through official communication channels so we can assist in resolving them.
4. Will MetaWarden NFTs continue to be developed?
Due to limited resources, our team has not been able to manage further development yet. However, in the future, we may enhance MetaWarden NFTs to better meet usersā needs. The benefits for NFT holders will remain the same, such as fee reductions on WardenSwap transactions based on rank (Common, Super, and Gold).
**In the future, if our team expands and we have sufficient funding, we aim to introduce new features like Daily Check-ins with NFTs to earn points or enabling MetaWarden to mint NFTs across chains to reduce fees.
5. Will the new team reveal their identities?
The previous WardenSwap team had a clear policy of not revealing team membersā identities or appearances. However, you can rest assured that the new team will work diligently to improve our products and services. There is a possibility that the new team might reveal their identities in the future to enhance user trust.
6. Recommendations for WAD token holders
WAD Tokens still provide fee reductions, evaluated based on a 9-level trading fee scheme. We recommend staying updated with WardenSwap news to find opportunities for using your tokens in transactions or participating in our upcoming activities. Currently, you can use WAD Tokens to vote in decision-making processes, as evidenced by previous preview votes.
In the future, we plan to upgrade features to increase the role of WAD Tokens within our system, expanding their utility and benefits. This will encourage more community participation.
