We’re always within reach, for everyone, everywhere

Hello again

During our previous infrastructure upgrade, we were made aware that it had an unintended effect on our self-hosted email system, causing system emails, and emails sent to us, to become undeliverable.

This has unfortunately resulted in the loss of one of our contact methods, which was used for the purposes of user support, content reporting, contacting our team, and delivering system emails, such as verification requests.

We would like to share all of our available contact methods that are fully functional, so that way we’re always within reach for you, whenever you may need our attention.

Note: As our email infrastructure is temporarily unavailable, some email verification requests may not be able to be completed. WarpLight Accounts that do not have a verified email address will not be affected in any way, and we will not make any changes to our platforms or services that may require a verified email address.

We’re for everyone, everywhere, and we’ll be working diligently to bring our email systems back online in the meantime. Once the necessary changes have been completed, we’ll send a one-time notification to our users.
