Today is a great day for us at Waves, we’re finally able to announce big news:
We’re publicly launching our Consumer Insights Templates! 🎉

But wait 🤔 What does that mean?

Over the last two years, we have built an international community with the common goal of helping each other with daily decisions.

Today, Swelly is one of Facebook’s biggest and most popular chatbots serving masses of people every day. 🐳

Since then, big companies like Instagram, Snapchat and Facebook have hopped on this train and created social polling experiences for their communities. They realised that an opinion was worth more than a plain click on the like button. At Swelly, we are happy they did. 🙏🏻

Over the past two years, we have received a lot of feedback in the chatbot space from marketers and product people, expressing that they’d love to add our voting element to their existing UX.
For this reason, we put our heads together and came up with the idea of helping businesses in the messaging space to gather insights about their users while increasing their bot engagement rates. 📈
Sounds good? It is.

Waves for Developers

With Waves for Developers we created a simple chatbot that guides you through the process of integrating our voting feature to your own chatbot.
You can either choose to do it with Chatfuel or Custom 👩‍💻
(if you have a self-coded bot)

You sign up, we review.

Once approved, we provide you with an easy step-by-step integration guide and you’re ready to go.

Content Seeding Options:

You have multiple options regarding the content that’s being shipped to your chatbot. You can either send:

- community question from random categories,
- use the tags feature to get Swells from specific categories OR
- create your own questions and ask your existing audience in order to gather valuable insights. This can be done with the labels parameter in our Waves Dashboard 🌊 (Optional, requires private onboarding)
