Celebrating milestones & delivering mission moments as our charity organization marks our second trip around the sun

What a joy to mark another year of impact for our not-for-profit, WAWOS Canada. Together with our volunteers, donors, and our board, we’ve continued to build awareness, grow impact for disability advocacy, and spread inclusion.

WAWOS Canada celebrates two years as a registered charity organization

Just a few 2022 highlights:

  • engaged 8 new pediatric physiotherapy clinics as distribution partners for WAWOS Wear walkercapes
  • provided 355 walkercapes to Canadian children using assistive devices (almost 1/day)
  • hosted 80 ppl as VIP guests of Canadian Forces Snowbirds at Springbank Airshow in Alberta, in a fully-accessible space
  • created first-time event on Parliament Hill to celebrate World Cerebral Palsy Day, October 6th

As we prepare for the holidays and get our gift-giving on, download our free pdf of gift tags that reinforce inclusion, and consider a tax-deductible end-of-year donation to WAWOS Canada. Merry everything to each of you from all of us at WAWOS Canada.
