It’s not every day that you come across a daily routine that promises to transform your life. And when that routine is endorsed by someone as controversial as Andrew Tate, you know it’s going to be interesting. So, naturally, when I heard about his daily routine, I was intrigued. I mean, this is a guy who openly admits to using drugs, sleeping with multiple women, and generally living life on his own terms. If anyone knows how to get the most out of a day, it’s him.

But could his daily routine really work for the average person? That’s what I wanted to find out. So, I set out to test Andrew Tate’s daily routine for one week. And let me tell you, it was one of the most challenging, enlightening, and rewarding experiences of my life.

Day 1:

I woke up at 5 am feeling like a zombie. I stumbled to my meditation cushion, feeling like I was in some sort of sleep-deprived daze. But I pushed through and meditated for 20 minutes as per Tate’s instructions. Then, I went for a run, feeling surprisingly energized. The rest of the day flew by, as I tackled my to-do list with renewed focus and productivity.
