Introducing the Ways We Work job board.

Adding a job board to Ways We Work has always seemed like a natural addition to the site, but we wanted to take our time with it and think about how we could make it fit with the rest of the content.

From the team’s we’ve visited we hear continuously how hard it is to find great people and from people we talk to we hear how hard the job search process is. So our goal with the job board is to help with both those problems in small but meaningful ways.

Ways We Work has an engaged following of readers, who feel inspired every week by the interviews and team features we publish. They picture themselves in that role, at that company, doing work they’re excited about. Now, at the end of every interview we’ll list related jobs that are currently on the job board. It’s something readers have asked for and it really seems to make a lot of sense.

It’s also a great way to support Ways We Work and enable us to continue producing more interviews and content every week.

There’s two ways to post a job:

  1. Submit the role as an editorial style Q&A.
  2. Just send us the link and we’ll use the copy you already have.

30-day suggested listing: $159
These are full-width, highlighted posts at the top of the job board. They appear on the homepage of the site and in the newsletter, as well as on content throughout the site and the Ways We Work Twitter feed. There are a limited number of these each month.
