Waze continues to grow thanks to our community — a mix of people, cities and organizations all working together to help everyone get wherever they want to go…whether they’re headed to work, or a real-world interpretation of an iconic street a lot of us have grown up with.

Which is why it makes sense that this summer we’re teaming up with Sesame Workshop to sponsor the Sesame Street 50th Anniversary Road Trip — a cross-country tour bringing the Sesame Street experience to 10 U.S. cities. It’s a celebration of community, collaboration, friendship and Muppets, and it’s why Waze is not only a proud sponsor, but proud to be the mobility service that will get people there all summer long.

The celebratory events (taking place in the cities listed below), are all totally free to the public. At the events, kids will be able to find their way through “The Waze Maze,” a fun and interactive map-like labyrinth and see some of their favorite furry friends. You’ll also be able to continue the experience in the app whether you’re headed to Sesame Street or some other not-quite-as-fun street.

Check back here for updates on the Road Trip!

You can find the Waze Maze at the following locations, and the Sesame event page for details.
