Namaste Tribe! April went by in a blur with so many feature developments and listings. With the Bitcoin halving day coming closer, we’re seeing Bitcoin price shoot up as well. Where is Bitcoin headed? 🤔

What happened last month

[Done] WRX/INR pair: You wanted, and we delivered! WRX is now available in our INR market. You can now buy, sell, trade WRX in our USDT, INR, and BTC markets. To celebrate the WRX/INR listing, we also had a Highest Trader Kaun competition where we gave away a total bounty of ₹1,00,000 worth WRX! Read more

[Done] BUSD on WazirX: We’ve also listed Binance USD (BUSD) on WazirX in our USDT market. You can deposit, trade, and withdraw BUSD on WazirX. We also ran a Deposit Dhamaka contest where and gave 1% bonus to people who deposited BUSD on WazirX and held it for 30 days! BUSD/INR is coming soon.

[Done] WRX on Binance DEX: WRX is listed on Binance DEX in the BNB market. This will allow anyone in the world to access and trade WRX. Trade here

[Done] ‘Favourite’ option: ‘Favourite’ option has been on our to-do list for some time. Here’s how you can mark a token pair as favourite:

1. Log on to WazirX
2. Go to any token pair you trade frequently
3. Click on the ✩ option next to ‘Last Price’

The token pair will be added to a ‘Favourite’ list! Also, you don’t need to be logged in to mark a token pair as ‘Favourite’, it will save locally and update when you login next! Read more

[Done] Reduced withdrawal fee: WazirX has reduced the withdrawal fee for high volume tokens like WRX, BNB, USDC, PAX, TUSD & XTZ. In March, we had reduced our USDT withdrawal fee starting at ZERO for you. With the updated fees, WazirX now has one of the lowest crypto withdrawal fee in the industry. Read more

In April, we saw crypto market show signs of improvement despite the global crisis. On a light note, this lockdown has given more time in people’s hands, and they are reading about crypto.
