Earlier this year, the Wildlife Conservation Society team in Bangladesh set out on an annual survey of the megafauna in the country’s rich waters. For this trip, the group was focused specifically on two potential new marine protected areas in the waters surrounding Nijhum Dwip and Sonadia islands.
